Cozy Up For Fall: Sweaters, Throws & Slippers
The cooler days and nights are finally here in Nashville! I thought winter weather would never come...mercy! In the spirit of getting cozy and cuddly I'm choosing to expand a bit from the traditional "interior design" post and share more lifestyle infused topics.
Lately I have been getting lots of comments and engagement to posts that show my clothing or shoes. Fashion has and will always remain a personal and professional inspiration for my interior design work. The purpose of my blog is to educate my readers by sharing the "inside scoop" on the design world and, in turn, provide helpful insights that will inspire you to elevate and love the spaces you inhabit.
So, let's discuss sweaters, throws and slippers.
I love a good chunky sweater for the cooler days and nights. These are just a few of my favs. For a complete sweater wardrobe be sure to mix scale (oversized and fitted), saturated and neutral color tones and various textures.
Now onto a few stylish sweaters for the gents.
I have been know to be slightly jealous of men's clothing. Simple, stylish and sleek. Not a lot of fuss and one well-picked t-shirt or pair of jeans can make a man look fabulous. Us women have waaaay too many layers to consider: jewelry, makeup, hair etc... Nothing says "hug me" better than a man in a nice, soft, textured sweater.
Lighting a fire is a sure way to add a little warmth while introducing texture to a space. In the event that you don't have a fireplace (heck even if you do) a throw blanket is the perfect cozy addition to a bedroom or living room. If interested, in any of these throw blankets please contact our firm and specify which number you are interested in. CONNECT.
If you're a slipper fan look no further, the Mahabis slippers are the best! Gents, I didn't forget about you. The best part about these sole swapping slippers is they're unisex! Head over to the site, there's sure to be more than one pair you will love!
Stay cozy & warm these Winter months!
